Valor has ruined an awesome game. They changed it with updates and its become a bullyfest. If your coming back to this game or trying it for the first time, look elsewhere. It used to be a great city and empire building game. Now stronger players just repeatedly take everything your city has and you never get time to set up a defense. 1 day of beginner protection is useless when players 5, 10, 20 times stronger keep attacking on day 2. How am I supposed to build defenses in 1 day to keep players away that have been building for weeks. If you dont start on the first couple of days of a new world opening the game is unplayable. Dont waste your time here. Thanks valor for ruining a good game. Deleting game now.

I have played this game since world 6 and u still love it. Although it might be challenging for those below, I find it to be still the greatest IPhone app ever.

How to develop a foothold let alone a stronghold in this game? You cant. Start building a city, devote resources to getting more resources and a population but then day 3 of game play. Your removed because some one from the other side of the world who is literally, and numerically bigger than you takes it away. Meanwhile that bully bypasses multiple cities that closer to them , are near equal are left alone. Cant see the fun in getting hammered by wave after wave after wave from 17 cities, - one guild. Vs. one city. Wow, Thats seems like pure fun. Developers. How about scaling growth to where players are encouraged to contest with like strength players. Game gets zero stars

If they made the maps bigger like they use to be it would be much better. With only four zones to play in it turns people away because of the frustration of constantly starting over. Dont play if you cant devote every minute of the day to play this game. BULLY FEST.

1-2 years ago, I stumbled into Valor. It was a little confusing, and took a couple worlds to catch on. Then I couldnt put it down. The version previous to this Trial By Sword nonsense was simply amazing. TheKakao talk app owes its US existence solely to the Valor following that use it as a sidebyside for quick communication and teamwork. The friends youll make all over the world makes this interactive war game by far the most enjoyable game of my adult life. But, its become a money trap. In order to survive (let alone succeed), you must either catch on with a group of vets that can tutor and protect you, or start spending money. There are a few players that have a reputation for overspending and growing 100x faster than the field. Theres no way to beat that. Before Playmesh sold out to Quark, the game had a few nuances/tricks that allowed for a player not spending gold to level the playing field. The new version does not have any way for a regular player to compete with a spender. What a shame. If you decide to take a leap and try, be sure to find some folks and start talking. Its amazing if you can catch on and keep up, but it was infinitely better about previous to the Trial By Sword era.

A lot of people are saying that this is a"bully-fest" but if you have played this game long enough then you wouldnt be bullied instead you would be the one who is doing the "bullying".

Good solid game but to many bugs/glitches/crashes the game is down as much as its on very slow server

I am a valor veteran, as there are many out here in the reviews. I deleted valor long ago, and Im coming back to it recently to see what has ecome of my great army of dreadnoughts, and my unconquerable 3 cities, and apparently barbarians conquered my cities... The first thing i though was "How the hell co barbarians conquer a vast army of thousands with impregnable walls and waves of troopa attacking them?" And i come back to it now, and I see loads of valors best troops taken out of the game (dreadnoughts etc.). Im slightly dissapointed that my city was lost and even more dissapointed you took out the unconquerable troops. I hope this game brings back those warriors...

F those two noobs who gave 1 star. Yeah, youll get bullied IF YOU GO IN A OLD WORLD AND NOT GO INTO A GUILD, DUH! Nobody bullies anyone in a new world. Also, THEY PATCHED THE CONNECTION OR SOMETHING CAUSE I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEM!!

Everyone, getting conquered is part of the game!. Just join a large guild and coordinate well with them and you should be fine.

There is a serious problem with the way people can attack each other. There should be a cap so that players who spend literally hundreds of dollars on this game who get 15k points in a day shouldnt be able to attack people way below them. With me it turned into my entire guild and we had some heavy hitters get destroyed one player. I am not saying make the game so you cant loose I am asking if you guys can make it so once the protection goes off your city gets taken by a guy ten times your size there is no way to contend with them. Anyone wanting to get this app it is fun but dont expect to last long unless you have 300 or so dollars to spare

Been playing this game since world 64. A fantastic game. Ive been hooked ever since downloaded it. Been playing for about 3 years and can honestly say you dont need to spend money to be good or compete with the money spenders. Ive spent a total of 10 bucks in 3 years. Im currently ranked 17 in the world in playing in now and I didnt spend any money to get there. Nice game cus you dont have to sit down and play it for hours just get one a couple times throughout the day and enjoy the game. Really a great game but dont get it unless you are ready to be fully committed to the ultimate valor addiction.

The other reviews about this game being a bully fest are right on. New players dont have enough time to build up to be able to defend themselves. The older, stronger guilds systematically wipe out new players whove been able to accumulate a few points. I put quite a bit of time into playing this game, but I wouldnt do it again. I gave the game 2 stars because the look and feel is pretty good, but the play is very frustrating.

Well one: you lowered the game A LOT! Two: email validation wont work so I CANT DO ANYTHING! Suggestion: get rid of validation and FIX THE GAME!

Fun game but now a lot of strange glitches have started to occur. First, I cant build anything because it says that I need more food for a project that needs only 7 food, even though my warehouse is full. Secondly, the server is unreliable and very hard to access. Other than that this is a very fun and addicting game.

I just got to a point where I could get a scholar and I was attacked 8 times in 5 hours. I purchased a ceasefire, but was attacked anyway and had my city taken away. This is a phone game. I shouldnt have to play 24/7 in order to keep at the jerks at bay.

Been a long time player, Not sure what happened but I spent 50 gold on production boost for lumber and it didnt boost, gold was gone and nothing in return. I spent another 50 and then it worked. Somebody better make this right or I will not be a very happy person.

For the noobs who started playing this game.. This game is will take months to start out all your resources.! And u got to play in a world that just started or u get pounded by no lifes/me or you will run into guys that buy coins and get ahead of everybody.. You just wiped yourself out.. My opinion so keep it you comments yourself... So have fun of not getting sleep and be paranoid when you go into your app

I experience a super crash yesterday night and tried rebooting the game and even downloading the game again but the crash is still there. Hope to not lose everything in world 87
