You cant. Start building a city, devote resources to getting more resources and a population but then day 3 of game play. Your removed because some one from the other side of the world who is literally, and numerically bigger than you takes it away. Meanwhile that bully bypasses multiple cities that closer to them , are near equal are left alone.

Cant see the fun in getting hammered by wave after wave after wave from 17 cities, - one guild. Vs. one city. Wow, Thats seems like pure fun.

Developers. How about scaling growth to where players are encouraged to contest with like strength players.
